1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available on request — please contact us at nuvocart.in@gmail.com for details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499
  • A flat shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹499 (displayed at checkout)

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at nuvocart.in@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. Nuvocart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
